Mexican Chicken Bake

I got this recipe from a recipe exchange when I lived in Kentucky. My family LOVES it and we can eat it all up in one meal.

Mexican Chicken Bake

1 can refried beans
2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 small can diced green chilies
1 small onion diced small
1 can red enchilada sauce
2-3 handfuls tortilla chips broken up
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Layer in a casserole dish and bake 20-30 minutes until hot, its bubbly on the sides and cheese is melted. Serve with favorite taco toppings such as: sour cream, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, salsa and or guacamole.
