The Best Salmon Recipe EVER

I got this recipe from my friend Allie. I think she got it from her sister. It truly lives up to it's name. Even better with fresh dill.

The BEST salmon marinade

MARINADE:

¼ c. brown sugar

3 T. chicken broth

3 T. olive or vegetable oil

3 T soy sauce

1 t. Worcestershire sauce

3 T chopped green onions

Reserve a couple of Tablespoons for basting fish.

Combine all ingredients and pour over a salmon fillet. (I usually do this in a gallon ziplock bag) Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

SEASONINGS:

½ t. dried dill

½ t. lemon pepper

½ t. salt

¼ t. garlic powder

Put fish on aluminum foil, skin side down on pre-heated grill. Pour the reserved marinate on and then the seasonings. Grill on Med to Med-High flame for 15-20 minutes or until the fish starts to flake. (There is no need to turn the fish. The skin should stay on the aluminum foil when you remove the meat)
